After a long, lazy period, my girlfriend and I had gained about 15 to 20 kg each. We felt uncomfortable, heavy, constantly out of energy; we really had to do something. And fortunately, at some point and after a quite extensive scouting, we met William. We started training with him four months ago and I can frankly say that in 30 sessions and still 10 to go, we have fully attained our objective.

I have already lost 17 kg, my girlfriend (B&A 4) 14 kg, and we are now two reborn persons. William assisted us with a very specific training schedule, including a nutritional advice (watch out: not a diet! we just changed our nutrition for the better and we actually enjoy it very much), initially focused on the fat loss and at a later stage to strengthen our muscular structure. All of this, just working out 2 hours per week.
