Intake
An intake consultation which is completely free. Based on this conversation we get an idea of your aspirations, physical state and time commitment

With the results of your intake you will start working with one of our coaches. He or she guides you in your training using a personalized training plan so that you know exactly what you are going to do, both inside or remotely in the gym. The training is therefore always adapted to you as an individual

First session
An assessment of your fitness. Here we check your overall physical fitness at the start of your course combined with your first sets and reps of your training

In this second phase we do a hormonal check up. This will be the basis for the nutrition plan that sets out the guidelines for the consumption of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, again in function of your personal goal: bulking up or losing weight

During your trajectory
We track every marker of progress imaginable — muscle mass and body fat, workout progress, meal plans, progress photos and metrics monitoring stress, sleep and energy

Your training will be continuously adapted every 3 weeks by your coach to ensure that your body responds to the most positive reactions – this is one of the keys to progress and deliver maximal results
