1. Could you tell us your motivations for wanting to become part of WILL?

I didn't feel good in my skin, didn't get around to exercising and wanted to do something about this, but nothing stuck. I felt like making some changes on the way to a healthier lifestyle. I wanted some guidance on this and so I ended up at WILL.

2. How do you believe your nutrition changes evolved while you were at WILL?

In terms of nutrition, advice was given step by step so that my diet was not completely different overnight. This helped hard to incorporate new realistic habits that I can now maintain without any problem. What is nice is that I can still eat good food without any problem, I am just much more aware of what I eat best at what moment. Throughout the coaching this is also regularly reviewed to adjust where necessary depending on where we are in the training or how my body feels.

3. Thinking back to your very first consultation, how did you feel at that moment?

During my first consultation, I was a bit nervous since I had never worked with a coach before and also had no experience with strength training. However, I was immediately put at ease by William's open attitude. He was very welcoming, listened to what I was looking for, explained how the process would go and had answers to all my questions.

4. When did you first start believing that you could achieve this outstanding result?

After only a few weeks, I began to feel and see results. The sessions are always challenging, but by feeling that it was progressively improving and because I could handle more and more, I really started to believe in it. This and the professional guidance only increased my motivation. By feeling that the changes in terms of nutrition and exercise also became habits that could be maintained, I wanted to keep at it even more.

5. Could you talk a little bit more about how this whole process has helped you in your career & private life?

Since going to WILL I feel much better about myself. I have more self-confidence and a lot more energy. Not only does my body feel much stronger, but mentally I have become stronger as well. I wake up every morning much more awake than before and feel like I'm ready to face the day, even the busy ones. While I used to be tired quite fast, I now try to get the most out of every day. I feel much more driven and am more present in all areas of my life. I couldn't miss the workouts and the structure they bring me anymore and look forward to them every time. It has taught me a lot about perseverance and that daily efforts and consistency actually produce long-term results.
